The Directory Search tool provides for working with the same search criteria multiple times without having to specify them every single search. This can be accomplished by saving search criteria for further reuse via the Favorite Parameters top right corner section of the dialog.
Here is a list of actions that can be applied to your search parameters:
To save search parameters:
Specify the search parameters you'd like to save.
Press the Save As button inside the Favorite Parameters section.
Type a name for the parameters and click Save.
With the parameters already saved, the name you gave them will appear in the parameters drop-down list to enable you to choose them at any time.
To use search parameters previously saved, choose them by name the drop-down list. If you failed to find the desired parameters, locate them manually by choosing the Browse item from the drop-down list.
To delete search parameters:
Select the target parameters from the drop-down list.
Press the Delete button inside the Favorite Parameters section.
