Reseller Information

Softerra is establishing a global distribution and reseller network. We are actively looking for resellers and distributors to refer to worldwide. Authorized Softerra Resellers are entitled to a discount of up to 25% on Softerra's products without any restrictions on a further retail price. The reseller discount is granted starting from the second sale.

Why Become a Reseller?

Apart from guaranteeing very attractive discounts, we encourage our resellers to bundle the Softerra-made products with value-added services to best fit the consumer demand and to increase their package worth. Aggressive solution providers or resellers are sure to significantly extend their revenue potential, selling our product directly or supplementing their own LDAP-oriented software with LDAP Administrator to emerge with a more accomplished solution.

Terms

We have designed the Reseller Program to encourage easy participation and incremental sales. Our goals are to assist you in generating additional revenue through our product co-marketing within your customer environment. By joining our Reseller Program, you agree to:

Resell Softerra products on a regular basis (at least one sale a year).
Provide high-quality customer service on all Softerra products.
Support a public image of all Softerra products.
Comply with payment terms and conditions specified in relevant purchase documentation.
Raise awareness of Softerra products by listing them in your online catalogue (if any).

We reserve the right to cancel Reseller's membership for one of the following reasons:

Reseller does not resell Softerra products regularly (at least one sale a year).
Reseller misrepresents the software.
Reseller uses spam, telemarketing, junk mails or unsolicited faxes.
