Customizing Toolbars and Menus

LDAP Administrator provides a selection of means for toolbar and menu customization. To start customizing the user interface, go to the Tools menu and choose Customize to display the Customize dialog.

The dialog provides tools to create your own toolbars, to customize the ones existing, to modify menu items or to add your own menus. You may even change the appearance of every single button and menu item.

When the Customize dialog is displayed, LDAP Administrator enters into customization mode to stay in it for as long as the Customize dialog remains open. While in this mode, you can drag buttons from one toolbar to another, reorder or remove buttons to your liking. You can also drag menu items onto toolbars and vice versa.
